Our house is a three bedroom villa with stylish modern interiors, situated in a quiet location, with a large pool that is shared between three properties.
The property is very well located in a quiet area but within a few minutes' walk of the traditional restaurants and cafes of the Old Harbour. Garifallo beach is just 5 minutes walk away and within 10 minutes walk is the beach at Aghia Marina with its popular beach bar, restaurant and water sports facilities. It is also 10 minutes walk from Dapia, the main town of the island with all shops and arrival point.
The villa is extended on 3 floors. The main double bedroom with its own veranda is on the ground floor level. A bathroom with WC and shower is located across the hallway.
Stairs lead to a very stylish upper level living area with big divan style sofas, outside coffee tables, and a long diner. The kitchen is open, classy, modern and fully equipped. From the living area, doors lead out onto a private veranda that has built-in stone benches upholstered in brightly colored cushions.
Sitting outside, you have a breathtaking view of Old Harbour to your left; to your right, you have a view of the sea and the neighboring islands. Directly below is a perfect vista of beautiful gardens and the elegant neo-classical houses of the Old Harbour. Here you can enjoy having lunch, dinner or drinks listening to the sound of the waves.
A contemporary style staircase of glass and chrome leads down to the lowest level of the house at garden level. This level offers more flexible accommodation: There is a guest bedroom with double bed. Next to this, a bathroom with shower and WC. Across the hallway is a terrific kids’ room with built-in single divans with piles of gorgeous mauve and lilac scatter cushions. Doors lead out onto a garden patio with barbecue area.
The property has air-conditioning, central heating, TV in all rooms, WIFI, dish washer and washing machine.
The outside areas that the property shares are equally sophisticated and stylish: The large, shared swimming pool is minimal in design with stark stone wall behind the pool that complements perfectly the mosaic tiling. The landscaping is punctuated by perfectly placed olive trees, natural stone floor flagging surrounding the pool and with plenty of teak loungers and large cream umbrellas, making it a perfect place to ‘chill out’ after a hard night out or a day at the beach.
The owner of the villa can also rent an 8 meters Zodiac RIB with/without skipper for tours at the surrounding islands or to visit the private beaches of the area.
