The villa was built at the end of the '800 with brick walls and roof supported by huge magnificent pine beams.
The building has been completely renovated in 2006 with a careful restoration work that has provided the building with the most modern systems respecting the charm of an ancient country villa.
Milan is 1h 15 min, Piacenza, Castel Arquato, Parma, Cremona, Modena, Bologna, Modena are easy destinations by car.
Golf Courses within 30 / 45 minutes
The area is famous for the Castles and for excellent trattorias and restaurants.
If you want to relax in luxury and tranquility this is the place for you.
The four bed rooms, all furnished differently, reflects the refined taste of the owners descendants of a noble Italian family.
A large living room will welcome you with comfortable sofas and refined antique furniture.
The elegant dining room / kitchen is a large room with plenty of counter space and is equipped with a five burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher
There is a side dinette for food storage and a large fridge with freezer.
Huge patio furnished with sofas and garden armchairs, an ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink in the evenings.

Adjacent to the pool a changing room with toilet, sink and outdoor shower.
Use of the pool by children is entrusted to parents. No dive. Pool not fenced.
Free internet inside the villa
Maximum eight guests allowed.
Rates including use of the private pool, weekly change of linen and towels.
Possibility to add a cot for a child under two years.
Final cleaning charge € 200,00 to be paid at arrival.

Cost for charging electric vehicle, if required, to be agreed at arrival. Max. output of the dedicate socket 2 Kw, consumptions counted by dedicated meter.

Usually we do not rent the Villa for periods shorter than 5 days or longer than two weeks but if you have different needs we will be happy to find a solution.
Events non allowed unless expressly authorized.

The owners reserve the use of a separate part of the house with separate entrance.

Chek in: 14,00 - 17,30. Check in later than 17,30 up to 19,00 to be agreed in advance
with an extra charge of € 50,00.
