Villa Fotaki is a luxurious, spacious Villa legally registered with the Greek Tourist Board - EOT License No: 1471K10000417701.
It is situated 5 km from Kos town (100m from the main road) and with views of the mountains and the blue Aegean Sea.
The Villa comprises of 3 x bedrooms (1 with en suite with includes a hydro-massage bath), 1 x WC/bathroom and 1 x guest WC.
The large lounge/dining room features an open fire. There are also floor to ceiling, wall to wall patio doors which open on to the large patio and swimming pool and then the garden.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and seating for 6 people along with a large table in the dining room which seats 6.
The whole of the villa, gardens and pool is for your sole use. The electronic gate and driveway is shared with the lady who lives in the basement. She is out all day working. However, she is happy to help with suggestions for beaches, dining etc.
There are chickens in the garden, you are welcome to collect their eggs for your breakfast. Also the lady downstairs has two cats which are very friendly and both up-to-date with their vacinations and are wormed etc regularly.
