Description
Villa Honeysuckle is ideal for a family, friends, golfers or team groups. It is an ideal property for longer term vacationers who are looking for luxury and comfort. For the business traveler the villa is well suited with its spacious living areas, free internet, entertainment areas and balconies. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests.
An additional service is an on site security attendant between the hours of 7 pm and 6 am 7 days a week included in the daily rate.
The villa is situated in a quiet suburb, a stone's throw away from the picturesque world renowned town of Stellenbosch. The villa is named after its profusely planted indigenous Honeysuckle garden. The prodigious plant and tree life attracts a variety of beautiful birds; one species being the brightly colored Sugar Bird which seeks nectar from the Honeysuckle Flowers.
Villa Honeysuckle is positioned on the slopes leading to the Simonsberg Mountain Range, which looms large from the balcony of the studio. Jonkershoek Nature Valley lies to the east forming part of a larger Biosphere. The spectacular mountain bike trails, hiking trails, waterfalls can be accessed either by car or cycle with parking facilities at the entrance to and within the nature reserve.
Stellenbosch is a university town with the center a 5 minute drive from the villa. The Oak and Jacaranda trees line the streets that lead to the many restaurants, museums and café life.
The property is excellently located, in a quiet suburb, surrounded with majestic mountains with easy access to the many tourist attractions in and around Stellenbosch.
Cape Town International airport is a 40 minute drive and the city of Cape Town, the iconic Table Mountain and Waterfront is a 60 minute drive from the villa.
The villa offers a garden with barbecue facilities, a small gym and a 10 m swimming pool. It has upstairs balconies for sun-downers, meals or relaxation, a fully equipped kitchens and laundry room, furnished open plan lounges/dining rooms with flat screen TVs, air con and underfloor heating. The villa is beautifully appointed with all modern amenities and furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxurious.
The bed configuration can be made into twin beds or king size in four of the bedrooms by prior request.
All guests will be personally welcomed on arrival.
