At a distance of 1 km from the Zante Sun Villa II there is a supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie. Kalpaki is a quiet area but close to the popular tourist resort of Laganas (4 km). You can rent a boat and see the famous caretta- caretta turtles or opt for any of the numerous guided tours. You can also visit one of the most popular and worth visiting places on the island called Marathonisi, a small island in the shape of a turtle with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. You can also find countless dining options and a variety of tourist shops. The city of Zakynthos is at a distance of 8 km and other nearby and worth visiting destinations are Agios Sostis and Keri.
