Villa Luminosa

Halfway between Urbino and Fano, two of the most beautiful cities in the Marche, Villa Luminosa stands on the hills of Fossombrone. Surrounded by a 7-hectare park, surrounded by oak trees that also shade the garden which makes the spaces around the house very liveable and welcoming, the villa can accommodate up to 12 people thanks to four comfortable bedrooms, all on the first floor and all equipped with bathroom with hydromassage shower or bathtub but also study and relaxation areas with armchairs, desks and lamps.



The interiors are very large: the giant photos hanging on the walls, the white wooden beams such as the ceilings, the light parquet flooring and the large openings that look outside, make Villa Luminosa just as the name wants it. The large living room and the living room are very liveable, also here with white sofas, connected in a single open space. The library is particularly interesting, with its collection of books to browse for unique moments of relaxation. In the living area there is also a wood stove, a TV area and a large table where ten people can comfortably sit. The kitchen is also very liveable, with a separate table, equipped with all comforts and equipped with a five-burner hob, double static oven and microwave, two-bowl sink and a large worktop and a two-door fridge with icebox.





Outside a beautiful swimming pool, 7 meters wide and 16 meters long with a maximum depth of 2.5 meters and with whirlpool corner, will welcome you during your holidays together with the large garden, with chairs and deck chairs, where you can safely sunbathe in absolute confidentiality. Always outside you can have lunch and dinner using the covered porch or a sitting area or, again, the barbecue area where a grill and a pizza oven are also available to guests.



Also outside there is an annex with additional bathroom and laundry.

Villa Luminosa allows you to reach the main centers of the Marche in a short time but also other places such as Gubbio which is about fifty kilometers away. Ancona - Falconara airport is about 70 kilometers away.
