Description

This larger than normal 3 bedroom villa is ideally located just minutes away from the end of the famous "Strip" in Protaras. The beach is just a short stroll away as to are the shops, bars and restaurants. There is a driveway for cars with a gate for extra security and privacy. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a barbeque if you do not fancy going out to eat. As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a W.C. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom ensuite, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a shower is also upstairs.
Protaras Holiday Villa Cliantha is in a fantastic location literally less than a minutes walk to the beach. Protaras strip is also a few minutes walk so there is really no need for a hire car or a taxi.

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
