Occupancy for 6 guests with a possibility to increase to 8 - On request only and at an extra charge per person:

Additional:
Electricity Allowance Policy: Electricity Allowance calculation is # bedrooms * 20kwh * # of nights. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh.
Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.

Check In/Out Policy: Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Further use of the villa up to 18:00 hours is charged at 50% of the applicable night rate. Use of the villa after 20:00 hours is charged as a full day.

A refundable breakage deposit of 1800 € is required prior to check in, either in cash or by credit card hold.
