With beautiful views extending to the Caribbean Sea, this five-bedroom house offers chic interiors and spacious grounds, with highlights including a magnificent outdoor pool.

The villa sits within easy reach of Speightstown to the north, and Holetown to the south, with a variety of stunning beaches found along the coast. A spacious garden provides the perfect place to entertain your own guests, and the adjacent pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and seating. A gazebo and covered terrace lounge offer lots of room to relax in the most pleasant surroundings.

The light and airy interiors offer all you could need, and are kept cool and comfortable with ceiling fans throughout. A living room opens out onto the terrace, while a formal dining area offers seating for ten. A high-quality kitchen features marble counters, a breakfast bar and a full range of appliances. The villa is staffed by a cook, butler and housekeeper, with two meals a day prepared for you.

Three of the bedrooms are found on the first floor, including the master suite with a private patio overlooking the pool. A separate guest cottage houses the remaining two. All five bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and elegant furnishings.

Austrinus enjoys 24-hour security and offers privacy and seclusion. You will have access to a number of the estate's facilities, including a gym, clubhouse and private beach club. The renowned championship golf course is complemented by tennis courts, restaurants and a wellness centre.

#### Location
The home of beautiful white sand beaches, championship golf courses and high-end nightlife and shopping, the St James area on Barbados' west coast is a special place. Known as the ‘platinum coast', there's a lot to discover, particularly around Holetown.

A prestigious development in the heart of Holetown, the Limegrove centre brings shopping, dining and entertainment together. It's filled with designer boutiques carrying all the labels you'll know, as well as an array of great restaurants. It also houses the area's best cinema and hosts regular live events from music concerts to art shows.

Beachfront walks are another great reason to visit Holetown, and they are particularly spectacular if you happen to be there at sunset. You can stop for a bite at eateries like Zaccios and Tides which occupy some of the prime ocean-view locations along the way.

The Holetown Festival comes around each February and is a wide-ranging and lively celebration, with fashion shows, vintage car parades, sporting events and a Police Tattoo. For a bit of excitement, the rest of the year, head down to First and Second Street where you will find an array of clubs and bars offering an upscale night out.

South of the town, you will find stunning beaches like Sandy Lane and Payne's Bay. It won't be long until you find yourself in Bridgetown – the island's historic capital city is around 11km away. To the north, you will find Speightstown, a less developed destination with a real Bajan vibe, where you can enjoy fish fry nights or visits to its museum of gallery of Caribbean art.
