Our property consists of 3 separate villa's, all situated around our lovely swimming pool, amidst amazing, spacious tropical gardens. Each villa has stunning beach views and look out on our wonderful gardens! Whether you are travelling alone as a couple and looking for a romantic retreat, with your family or friends or planning a special event -this property has everything you need!

The main villa has one Kingsize bedroom, a very spacious living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and of course a bathroom. As well as air-conditioning in the bedroom, the living area also has an air-conditioning unit.

The second villa has 2 bedrooms - one Kingsize bed and one bedroom with twin single beds. This villa has a small kitchenette area and two bathrooms.

The third villa also has 2 bedrooms - one Kingsize bed and one bedroom with twin single beds. It also has it's own kitchenette area, and two bathrooms.

All of our bedrooms, in each villa, have patio doors which open up fully to allow panoramic views of the property and the beach which is practically on your doorstep! All bedrooms are also equipped with air-conditioning units and each villa has a flat screen TV.
The twin beds in villa's two and three may also be moved together to provide two more Kingsize beds if this is more fitting for your group.

Outside the main villa, we also have a small outdoor cooking area if you prefer to prepare your food alfresco!

We have a selection of childrens toys which can be used in the pool or on the beach, and we can arrange a baby cot or highchair for your little ones if you need our help with this! Our swimming pool has a childrens pool area too - and with all the lovely walled in space in our gardens, we are sure your children will be delighted to stay here too!

We will provide a welcome pack for you on your arrival - with some basic food items, water and a few drinks, snacks and basic groceries to get you started, and if you would like any help to shop for more groceries please just let us know - we can arrange to have it all here waiting for you on your arrival!

We can help arrange private chefs to come in and cook for you, massage therapists to come and pamper you, and much more! All of this can be arranged, for a very reasonable price, within the privacy of your own accommodation!

The property is equipped with 6 quality yoga mats, which our guests are free to use. If you would like our assistance in booking a professional and highly experienced yoga instructor to come and give you and your group private yoga classes at the property just let us know - this has been a very popular choice with lots of our recent guests!

We will be on hand throughout your stay to help with any other aspect of your holiday that we can - booking tours, transport, etc and of course, with our insider knowledge we will gladly share our tips for our own favourite hidden treasures to be found on Koh Samui!

A huge highlight of our property, combined with the amazingly beautiful secluded beach right on your doorstep, are the stunning tropical gardens surrounding the villa's. Huge amounts of space, all meticulously maintained by the villa manager Khun Tone.

As we know some people traveling abroad are a little bit nervous about the safety not only of themselves, but also their possessions, we have done our very best to help you feel secure by providing a security system - with security cameras and an alarm , and of course our manager, Tone, lives on site in his own private building, and will be on hand throughout your stay to help ensure you feel relaxed and safe!

Although we are situated in a lovely relaxing peaceful area of the island, we are also very close to many of the attractions Samui has to offer, and only a short drive away from the bigger towns.

Please note : we work with a "fair-use" policy for electrical usage costs. Guests will be allocated 80 units of electricity complimentary per day, any excess usage will be charged at 5thb per unit. If any payment for electrical use is due upon check-out, this fee will be deducted directly from your security deposit. Readings will be taken upon check-in and again just before check-out. If air-conditioning units are used sensibly, it is not expected that guests will use above the fair-use quota.
