Villa dahlia offers a spacious garden with a private swimming pool, BBQ and covered parking.

The house fully air-conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped and includes all modern appliances, free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV with English as well as Russian and European channels.

Villa Dahlia is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
