This is a family home where several generations lived and watched theirs grow :-)
The space consists of the mother house with capacity for 8 pax + studio (with independent entrance by the Pool area) where they can stay up to 4 pax.

The space
On the ground floor, the social floor, is the kitchen (with laundry area), the dining room, a comfortable living room and a toilet.
On the upper floor, we find the 3 rooms that communicate through a small hall and the Library-room with balcony running down the entire back wall and from where we can extend our view along the Vineyard.

Guest access
*** Guests will have the house space reserved for themselves, with the kitchen (which has direct door to the street) and the exterior spaces of the house belonging to the Quinta are shared (To this space also access the owners of the house, , farm workers and other guests who may be staying in the Poolside Studio)

*** The Quinta has several spaces. The guests will be able to walk through all of them, and to go to the fields of production, they are MUST be properly accompanied by a person from the farm. Not only do they not cause undesirable damage as well as safety reasons. There are agricultural machines in operation.
