Just moments away from the sandy stretches and azure waters of Cala Vadella, Villa Las Temporadas is a modern holiday home that's perfect for beach lovers and anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, the villa offers relaxed, sociable spaces that are ideally positioned to take in the views across the outside space and to the sea beyond.
Set over one level, entrance to the villa is via an external stairway that also leads directly to the beach. The living room, dining space and kitchen all share one expansive open plan area that has large patio doors opening straight onto the terrace. The living room features comfortable sofas, a plasma television and quirky seats for relaxing and enjoying the views. A large dining table and chairs is situated close to the fully-equipped kitchen, making serving meals convenient and easy. The four double bedrooms are all spacious and light and benefit from air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, with one having an ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and shares the use of two large bathrooms with the other bedrooms. If required, an additional single bed can be arranged upon request in the double bedroom that is accessed via an external staircase from the main villa. Also in this downstairs area is a bathroom with shower.
Outside is a large decked terrace with private swimming pool, numerous chill out areas and a dining space that seats up to twelve. By the dining table and chairs is a portable barbecue for an al fresco lunch or dinner made from some grilled local seafood. The views of Cala Vadella and out across the sea to several rocky islands are spectacular and best enjoyed whilst sitting with a drink or during a dip in the pool.

#### Location
You can go from villa to beach in just minutes, either from exiting onto the street and walking to the beach, or directly via the exterior stairway in the garden. The town offers a range of amenities, such as cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Picturesque Cala Vadella beach is popular with families, with this largely being down to the surrounding pine-covered hills sheltering the bay and creating calm waters for swimming, snorkelling and other sea-based activities. Due to the serene nature of the sea, you'll see lots of yachts and motor boats gathering in the bay, as it provides the ideal anchoring point. Watch these coming in as you enjoy lunch at one of the cafes and restaurants by the shore or closer to town. If you head into town, hire a kayak or pedalo for fun on the water with the whole family.
Ibiza Town is under a 30-minute drive from the villa and offers a lively atmosphere by day as well as by night. The old town of Dalt Villa is on a hilltop above the main town and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, thanks to its cultural and historical attractions. As you wander round the winding, cobbled streets you'll see how the town was built up around the ancient castle. There's also a cathedral from where you can enjoy some spectacular views over the sea. Museums showcasing archaeological finds from the town over the centuries and more modern examples of art are also well worth visiting. You won't struggle to find a charming place to stop for lunch or a coffee, as there are plenty of family-friendly cafes and restaurants dotted around the labyrinthine streets.
