Being close to the Tuscan Umbrian border this property is ideally positioned to explore nearby Lake Trasimeno, Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Florence, Arezzo and Siena. Il Graniao and pool are in the grounds of a manor house which forms the principle home on the Cantina Goccia wine farm.
