It is an absolute masterpiece of modern, contemporary restoration and refurbishment of a traditional farmhouse. With six astonishing bedrooms, this peaceful haven would suit an extended family, two families or a group of friends. It sleeps up to 12 guests. The countryside location is not far from Can Furnet and Ibiza Town itself. On the doorstep of the untouched Mediterranean landscape, you cannot fail to chill in this incredible, contemporary finca.

Can Furnet is just 5-10 minutes drive from Ibiza Town but is a lush, picturesque landscape surrounded by pine trees and hills. The nearest beach is Talamanca, a long, curved paradise beach which is just a short stroll from Marina Botafoch and only 7 minutes from the villa. The welcoming Jesus is only 5 minutes away, a vibrant village with a buzzy atmosphere and delightful cafes, bars and shops.

The mature gardens of Farmhouse Martinet are beautiful with stunning views all around. There are several lawns, ancient trees, colourful bougainvillaea and other gorgeous Mediterranean plantings. The honey-coloured stone walls are utterly charming. The impressive 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by luxurious loungers plus there are fabulous chill-out garden lounge areas to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The covered outdoor dining area is astonishing, glamorous and elegant plus there is a further alfresco dining area, beautifully shaded by ancient olive trees. The plot is so large there is parking for ten cars on the grounds!

The villa's beautifully styled lounge is situated on the first floor, opening through gorgeous doors and windows to a spacious terrace which affords stunning views of the garden and pool area. The sumptuous furnishings perfectly match the cool interiors. The designers have magically blended the original curved walls and beamed ceilings with contemporary features and accessories. You will marvel at the effect. The large dining room on the ground floor is connected to a small TV room with comfy seating. The dreamy kitchen features a small lounge area and fireplace.

There is a separate laundry with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. Also on the ground floor are two of the villa's alluring double bedrooms, together with their pleasing ensuite bathrooms. One has a shower and the other a bath. The two double bedrooms on the first floor share a shower room. Both boast balconies with stunning views.

The remaining two bedrooms are in the villa's guest house. It has a separate entrance and boasts an open plan living room with a small kitchen with a gas hob, kettle and fridge and a breakfast table for 2. There are two bedrooms which both open to the garden and pool area and a shared shower room. This guest house would be ideal for a small family. It is so cute!

#### Location
Ibiza is cool, trendy, stunning, and its diversity is a great attraction. The island attracts the cream of the world's DJ's, its wild nightlife is renowned, but it also oozes a relaxed Bohemian vibe, boasts spectacular scenic views, is dotted with attractive, hidden hamlets and hushed churches and is surrounded with gorgeous beaches. The island also boasts an enviable dining scene.

The village of Jesus is a welcoming hub with a great selection of shops, cafes and bars. Bon Lloc Bar is one of the oldest restaurants on the island and is the perfect spot for a tasty plate of tapas or their lip-smacking spit-roasted chicken. Close to Jesus is the secluded S'Estanyol beach, a narrow arc of golden sand shaded by fragrant pine trees and perfected with warm crystal-clear water.

The salt production carried out for hundreds of years has formed a spectacular landscape, a wetland where hundreds of brilliant pink flamingoes arrive between August and October to spend the winter on the island and plenty of other birds nest. You will see little ringed plovers, black-winged stilts, herons, ospreys and Peregrin falcons. The beaches are absolutely stunning and so peaceful.
