The owner of Villa Cute paid every attention to detail to ensure an absolutely enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The master bedroom is en-suite while the other two bedrooms are serviced by a spacious shower room with twin wash basin.

There is also a third shower room on the ground floor and another shower at the pool area.

The pool area is fully decked and the garden mature and very well maintained. There is free wi-Fi, large TV and satellite, i-pod docking station, log fire place, designer fully equipped kitchen and high quality furniture.

Area description Villa Cute is located on the outskirts of Agia Napa just 3 minutes' drive from the centre in quiet location and gated development with very easy access to the highway and the centre of Agia Napa one of the most cosmopolitan towns in Cyprus.

Ayia Napa Centre, Medieval Monastery and the Harbour as well as the white-sand, blue flag Pantachou Beach are all less than 5 minutes’ drive away from the villa. While Nissi Beach and Konnos Bay are just 7-minutes’drive.
