Referred to simply as 'LOT FOUR', the residence was constructed with considerable attention to detail while using the best building materials available. LOT FOUR sits above the white sands of Playa Flamingo; close enough for the surf to be heard from every bedroom; the beach is is a short walk or drive from the residence. LOT FOUR's contemporary design is characterized by an over all architectural sensitivity to persons with mobility issues; all five bedrooms and baths on three distinct levels are discreetly served by an elevator and ramps as necessary. The top floor of the home with its outdoor wet bar is ideal for entertaining a large group or conversely, provides a perfect place for solitude in the jacuzzi, with the setting sun your only company.

Rental prices include housekeeping services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as a single airport pick-up from the airport in Liberia. Additional concierge services such a pool-side massages, manicures, pedicures, hair cutting, etc are easily arranged through the management company.

Because LOT FOUR is occupied by it's owner a portion of each month, it is fully appointed and equipped in a manner not usually found in a rental. Understandably, this property inspires respect and may not be suitable for all persons, including those with unattended children or infants. Well mannered dogs will be considered.
