You can swim at the private infinity chlorine pool, 15 x 3.5 m and 0.9 to 1.6 m depth, sunbathe next to it, read a book on the sun loungers on the lawn or on the hammock, and make delicious barbecues under the porch.

This rustic two-storey house offers an incomparable living-kitchen-dining room where to watch TV-SAT and organise pleasant evenings with your best recipes cooked on the ceramic and gas hob. The laundry is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe or dressing room and terrace. Two of them are on the ground floor and the rest are upstairs. One of the rooms on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub as well as shower. Furthermore, the accommodation also has two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and another with bathtub on the upper floor. In addition to this, it is equipped with oil central heating and there is availability for a cot and a high chair.

The property is located at 3.3 km from Manacor centre, where there are endless bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Moreover, it is close to the coast and many idyllic beaches as, for instance, Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, etc. Reserva Rotana golf course is also at only 9.7 km. Cuevas del Drach is a must-do visit.
