Description
Yasmin is a beautiful three-bedroom villa with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Cyprus holiday! Outside there is a large private swimming pool with 6 sun loungers and 3 drinks tables. There is a patio area with an awning for shade over the outdoor dining table and a pergola covered area with a sofa set. The garden is mature and well maintained and the outside area is a good size for 6 guests.
As you walk into the villa you're greeted by an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The area is decorated with vibrant colours and blue blinds and is nicely decorated. The living room area also has a TV and DVD and wifi internet as well as air conditioning. By the dining table, you will find two sliding patio doors leading out to the pool area and patio and there is a door next to the kitchen which leads out to the BBQ, patio and pergola area.
The Dining area features a large solid wood table that comfortably seats six people and is next to the kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, granite countertops and is fully equipped for self-catering holidays.
The Downstairs has a half bathroom for your convenience while upstairs has a newly renovated full bathroom. There is also a shower in the main bedroom in the main bedroom. This means there are two toilets and two showers in the villa as well as an outside poolside shower.
Upstairs features three bedrooms. Two with double beds which both lead to a joint balcony and one with two single beds. All of them are air-conditioned individually and have wooden furniture to continue the house aesthetic. The twin room also has a tv for you to be able to hook up your media device should you choose to do so. All of the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The master bathroom has been newly renovated for the 2020 season with a shower, toilet and sink.
The villa is situated in a great area, just a 15 minute walk into Protaras and close to Decosta Bay beach. It's a nice easy walk on a flat paved road and there are shops / amenities along the way.
