Villa Eolos is a modern, uniquely located and spacious villa with private pool, ideally located in the sought after area of Agia Pelagia. Offering breathtaking views to the sea, extensive terraces and all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday, Inside, On the main floor, there are a spacious lounge with adjoining fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area and WC. On this floor there is also an en-suite double bedroom and a huge bedroom with mezzanine and its own bathroom. The latter bedroom has a double sofa bed on the lower part of the room and a double bed on the attic level. The third bedroom (again with double bed) is located on the lower floor and has its own lounge/playroom and bathroom. Most of the rooms open onto balconies with amazing views to the sea. Outside, the villa is surrounded by lush gardens and extensive terraces providing the most sensational views over the Mediterranean Sea and the resort of Agia Pelagia below. The large, private pool measures 50sqm and depth is between 1.2m and 1.6m. Comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols are provided, a huge outdoor kitchen is available together with dining area. Private parking available within the premises.
