Description
The Villa is a cool and spacious family house on a private and secluded hill above the old Phoencian fishing village of Salema. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the village has a wide range of restaurants. There is a medium size supermarket c3kms away. Water sports, tennis, golf and squash are all available within a reasonable distance. Wi-Fi is provided. UK TV is provided over the Internet. We provide all bed linen, towels (including swimming towels) soap, washing up liquids, washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, rinseaid and lavatory paper. There is a hairdryer.
A housekeeper who speaks English comes as needed but a minimum of twice per week. The bedrooms are air conditioned.
The Villa is ECO friendly - Solar Hot Water with Heat Pump back up, Solar heated pool and 5Kwh of Solar electrics.
