If you sports fish Quepos world famous marina just hosted world championship Marlin fishing (winners pulled out 13 Marlin in one day--3 fishermen!)
This home is for those who want to be less than 5 minutes off the beaten path to enjoy jungle ambience, vegetation, and relaxation with all comforts of home: AC, WIFI, Solar Hot Water with great cell phone reception, and 360 degree balcony views.
GUEST ACCESS
In the property, you will have access to a shared pool with waterslide. There is a lounge area where you can watch your kids play and bask. Such a relaxing and peaceful place, perfect for reading too!
There is a secured parking area for our guests.
Laundry? No problem because we have a washing machine and a spin-dryer. Please provide your own laundry soap.
If you love playing table tennis, you will enjoy it more because we have one in the area!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Property is 2.7 kms from the paved highway about 5-7 minute on a dirt road drive from bus stop.
Be sure we send you our detailed driving instructions (with our GPS location) with a Youtube video on the last 2.7km drive on the dirt road which makes it pretty easy to find.
Guest releases from liability and indemnifies the Landlord and Owner from personal injury or accident on premises. Guest acknowledges that swimming pool and jacuzzi do not have any lifeguard on duty. Please make sure that you supervise your kids or other family members when using our amenities.
Macha Tour
All our guests will have a $25 per person discount of Macha Tour (original price of $65 per person). This is a 2 hour tour and the best Mangrove boat tour in Costa Rica. Pre reservation is required if you want to avail of this tour. Guests must give 24 hour notice.
Kayaks can be used free upon return for those who want to play a bit more on the river and explore. My kids loved getting to do that.
