Your self catering holiday home by the sea; Curlew Cottage is a newly renovated and refurbished two bedroom holiday home in the beautiful seaside town of Troon, Ayrshire, 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH, GOLF COURSES AND TRAIN STATION! it's the perfect location to enjoy the Ayrshire coast, Burns Country and the unique attractions of Glasgow. Direct ferry access to Northern Ireland from Troon and ferries to Arran from Ardrossan; 15 minutes drive away.
All on one level accommodation with safe secure garden, ideal for the very young and the elderly!
Accomodation consists of two bright bedrooms. Bedroom one faces the front of the house and contains a king size bed. The second Bedroom contains two single divan beds which can be moved together to form a double. A fifth person can be accommodated on the very comfortable fold out divan which can be set up in the main bedroom or the lounge.
The lounge features a newly installed art noveau real coal fire place and two three-seater sofas. Entertainment is provided for with a 32' led tv, dvd player, cd player with radio, docking station for digital phones and music players. There is UNLIMITED BT wireless broadband at no extra charge.
The bathroom contains a walk in shower room ideal for the very young and the elderly or infirm.
Rental charges include all utilities, cleaning and ample supply of bed linen and towels
