- A 25% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm it. This first payment is requiered when booking and it is no refundable.
- The 75% left will be charged 30 days before the arrival. This is not refundable.
Wonderful Mallorcan finca located in the mountains of Pollensa with privileged views towards the Tramontana and the bay of Puerto Pollensa with a large plot surrounded by centenary olive trees.
The property is developed on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, with a dining table with large windows to the outside. A full kitchen with storage. One bedroom suite with air conditioning.
On the second floor are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Outdoors you can enjoy a unique experience by the pool, ping pong, barbecue and a chill out area to enjoy the scenery.
The highlight of the villa is the spectacular outdoor area, surrounded by beautiful nature, privacy and sea views.
The oil central heating has an extra charge of: 1,10 Euro per litre and will be provided on request. The total cost will be calculated at the end of the stay after checking the meter.
Hot and cold air conditioning is included in the final price.
On request, the swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge.

IMPORTANT
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the accommodation is implementing additional health and safety measures at this time. All bedding and surfaces in the accommodation are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by the cleaning staff, who always wear gloves and masks.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
