Description

The exteriors of the house are perfect for a very entertaining stay with your loved ones. To the refreshing chlorine pool -which measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.80 meters- and the sun loungers, we must add the ping pong table and the table football on the porch. The porch is perfect to enjoy a delicious barbecue or have a drink at the end of the day. It is a glazed porch with ceiling fans and television. The house is in the village and there are close neighbours.

The two-storey house has a traditional and cosy style. The living room has air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and a fireplace for the colder days. There is another living room on the first floor. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook on vacation. The laundry area offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house you can find 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There are two of them on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the main floor. Upstairs, you find a bathroom with shower and 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with twin beds. The house is equipped with oil central heating and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in the town of Santanyí, where you can find everything you need for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. You can reach different beaches such as Cala Santanyí, Colonia de Sant Jordi or the paradisaical beach with turquoise waters of Es Trenc in a 15 minutes drive. You cannot miss the Mondragó Natural Park, where you can take great excursions. You will reach the capital, Palma, in a 50 minutes drive, but it is worth a visit.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
