Beautifully restored farmhouse set in the hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The house has plenty of character with its stone walls wooden beams and open fireplace. It has been nicely decorated ensuring guests will be perfectly comfortable throughout their stay.The house has four bedrooms in total, please note one of the bedrooms on the ground floor is only suited to younger guests due to the size of the bed. Also worth noting is that one of the three bathrooms can only be accessed from the outside.The location of the property is certainly beautiful, the house has lovely views as well a private swimming pool and BBQ.For convenience the house has a laundry room with washer and dryer available to guests. Onsite Parking is available and Internet access is available on request and upon local payment. Should this be of interest guides for excursions and guided tours of naturalistic, historical and archaeological nature, cooking lessons and typical lunches can all be arranged locally and will come at an extra cost.
