Nice house, fully air conditioned and also very well ventilated, designed to accommodate several couples or 2 families with children, while respecting individual privacy. (8 people)
 A large central room (living room) of 64 m2, a very well equipped kitchen closed by a large bar.
On either side of this central axis, 4 bedrooms with 160 bed and each, a bathroom or shower room (1 with bath, the other 3 with walk-in shower) and toilet, 1 large closet is equipped in each room facing the bathroom. the rooms are separated by a small hall.
In continuation of the living room, overlooking the pool, large covered terrace of 50 m2 also offers a lounge area and a dining room.
The pool is 10 m by 4.5 with some "relax" with shallow water (40 cm) of 2 m long and a swim party or sets of 8 m (depth 1.30m). it is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds

A Mediterranean garden and a dream pool: The garden has an automatic watering. The maintenance of the garden and pool are regularly provided for your comfort.
These services are free of charge.
On the large pool terrace, comfortable loungers await you to bask in the sun.
A little further, a small table and four chairs allow you to find you for a quiet coffee or can be a game of cards?
A Plancha (gas) will allow you to make summer meals without the hassle of a complicated kitchen (marinated sun vegetables, crustaceans, fish or grilled)
And of course, for a real holiday, a petanque court with balls on the spot!

Rooms exotic: Four rooms are everything to accommodate you comfortably.
The beds are 160, the bedding is comfortable.
Each room has a theme: two Indian (sophisticated, the Flower other), African and Venetian.
Three of them have a canopy bed, the last colonial bed with caning.
A large closet per room allows you to store your luggage.
Each room has its own bathroom. Three of them with walk-in shower, one with bathtub.
Sheets and towels can be made available (35 € per room for sheets, pillowcases, 2 sheets of shower and 2 towels)
 In case of 'occasional' passing of an additional person, a supplement of 35 € per night and per person will be requested.
An extra charge is required in case of extra person: 350 per week for an adult, 250 € for a child.
A deposit of 1500 € is requested on arrival by check returned the following week.
Dogs are allowed 'after agreement with the pr': It is understood that it is the masters of the dog who will take care of the cleanliness of the premises and the garden with regard to the needs of their animal and that the animal will remain not alone in the property. Furniture (chairs, sofas) and blankets available in the villa are for humans and not animals. Animal owners will take care of bringing the mat or cushion the dog and any protections for furniture. Any dirt or damage will be charged to the tenants.
