Le Figuier

Description

The Figuier is located in l'Hammeau, at the heart of the village. It features one of the three pigeonnier towers at Longeveau!

The property is centred around an open plan living area with plenty of space for living and dining, plus an open plan kitchen. Leading off from this is the ground floor twin bedroom (which can be turned into a double if needed). This adjoins a separate shower room / wc. Upstairs in the tower is the main bedroom, with en-suit shower & bath, and views looking into the village centre.

The property is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all of the utensils you might need to enjoy your stay. The cottage is bright, naturally ventilated and enjoys views out across the swiiming pool, to the Charente and Dordogne countryside beyond.

The living area leads out onto a covered terrace with a table, chairs and BBQ for enjoying the long summer evenings. The garden (fenced for the little ones) leads onto the pool which is shared with the other four properties in l'Hammeau.

The Figuier provides modern living with the benefits of rural France on your doorstep. Together with all of the other facilities at Longeveau, only a couple minutes stroll away, the Figuier is the perfect location to relax and unwind.
