Description
Villa Margarita 5 is the last addition to the complex of the 5 independent villas, that are located 2.5km away from the sandy beach and 7km away from the picturesque city of Chania. Galatas, the closest village, is a suburb of Chania and a place where you can find everything - mini markets, a bakery, a butcher shop and some taverns. The villas are surrounded by olive groves and built on a hill, offering views over the olive groves, the sea and the mountains.
There are many sitting sets and two shady areas on the paved outdoor area of the villa; there are two dining sets, an outdoor lounge set and sitting sets on the balconies. There are also sun loungers next to the private, infinity pool.
The entrance opens at a long sitting room with high ceiling, with a beautiful kitchen on the end. On the left of this room there are 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one twin on the first floor, and one wc on the ground floor. On the right side of the living room, there are 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one twin on the first floor, sharing a bathroom on the ground floor.
