This lovely holiday house is located in Drôme Provençale, at the gates of the countryside and at the foot of the charming perched village of Montboucher sur Jabron (golf course of La Valdaine). It offers a fenced garden, a real playground of 1500m² with a beautiful private pool. The south facing and half-covered terraces have a comfortable garden lounge and a plancha, ideal for your outdoor meals. On the groundfloor, there are a modern kitchen, a large cosy lounge and a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 3 other bedrooms are upstairs as well as a shower room. The house is an ideal touring base to explore this splendid region: south Ardèche and its magnificent gorges, the Enclaves des Papes, Dieulefit and its pottery craft, the forest of Saou dominated by the massif Des 3 Becs (a world famous spot for climbing). Experience the beauties of the landscapes and its wildlife (golden eagle, groundhogs, buff and suqirrels) in hiking and make sure to visit Grignan, renowned for truffles and the majestic château of Marquise de Sévigné (festivals and exhibitions). The typical markets and the perched villages of Mrimande, Poët Laval, Marsanne or Cliousclat are alos worth a visit and so is Montélimar (4km), famous for its nougat, its large provencal avenues and the castle of Les Adhémar.
