Description

Villa Corallo is an elegant and exclusive villa located in the north-east of Sardinia, just north of the delightful town of San Teodoro. This beautiful, detached house is ideal for a relaxing summer holiday and is just a stone's throw away from a stunning, sandy beach.

This beautifully finished six-bedroom home sits in large-well manicured gardens with a private pool. There is plenty of space in the gardens for everyone in your party; the kids can play in the pool while you sit reading a good book on the sun loungers or on the beautiful covered veranda. The villa even has a large roof terrace where you can spend the early evening gazing over at the stunning sea views.

The region's coastline is one of its main attractions and it is easy to see why. You could simply spend each day sunbathing on any of the stunning beaches, but if you are looking for a bit of action then you are near to plenty of activities too. The shallow, clear waters are ideal for snorkelling or you could give paddle-boarding a try. If you prefer your adventures on dry land, why not head over to La Cinta and experience a horse-back ride along the breathtaking beach.

Just over 10km from your sumptuous villa, you will find the town of San Teodoro, once a quiet fishing village but is becoming popular as a holiday destination filled with rambling streets with all of the shops and restaurants you could wish for. The town has some wonderful pizzerias and is also well known for its glamorous bars and nightlife.

This region is quieter than some of Sardinia's bigger towns but still has all the beaches, eateries, activities and nightlife you could need for a trip with family or friends. This gorgeous area really has something on offer for everyone.

#### Location
The North-East of Sardinia is the ideal holiday location, offering some of the most beautiful natural landscapes and coastal views in the Mediterranean. Villa Corallo is perfectly situated to access all that is on offer in this breathtaking region.

Just minutes from leaving the house, you can be lounging on the gorgeous beach soaking up the sun, just 30m away. The beach offers the ideal mix of relaxation and activities as there is plenty to do if you are looking at trying something new. Even at one of the local beaches, you can have a go at canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and paddle-boarding! You will find cafes, bars and a supermarket within approximately 1.5km but if you are looking for more to explore then simply make the 20-minute drive to the larger town of San Teodoro, just over 10km away.

San Teodoro has everything you could need, including lots of stunning beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. In San Teodoro, there are plenty of eateries to suit everybody and you will want to visit more than once to make sure you try out the amazing pizza as well as the local seafood restaurants. The town also has an array of lively wine bars which are a wonderful place to spend an evening. For something a bit different you can also visit the lagoon to see the migrating pink flamingos!

If you wish to explore a little further afield, then there are a wealth of places to choose from and with 25% of the Island being part of a national park then a day delving into the surrounding countryside is a great place to start. Climbing and hiking are becoming popular pursuits for tourists visiting Sardinia and with breathtaking places to visit like the mountains and waterfalls of Monte Nieddu, only 30km away, it is easy to see why.

For those who prefer to delve into the history and culture of a place, Sardinia is a real treat. It is said that Sardinia is so filled with historical and archaeological sites that it is like an open-air museum. All over the island you will find Neolithic burial sites, temples and monuments and if you prefer your history a little bit more modern you can see evidence of Roman life on the island.
