SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: 1st air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed plus bunk bed, 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed (CURRENTLY under CONSTRUCTION). Two bathrooms in the corridor complete with toilet and shower cubicle.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: garden furnished with outdoor lounges for pleasant moments of relaxation. Stone barbecue. Two outdoor showers with hot water. Washing machine, mosquito nets on windows only, pets allowed, three parking spaces, Wi-Fi. Water supplied by Acquedotto Pugliese. Domestic hot water supplied by solar thermal panel.
