Description

Villa Anica is a stunning seven bedroom villa in a cliff-side location, laid out over various levels – every room has terrace or balcony access and views out over sea beyond. It's in an exclusive area of north eastern Mallorca, set on a 20,000m2 private estate. The villa is the epitome of luxury and opulence – finished to a five star hotel standard, it has everything you could possibly need, including two swimming pools and a lift.

The seven bedrooms are all exquisite and of generous proportions, each with an en-suite bathroom and terrace or balcony; but the piece de resistance is the fabulous master bedroom – it's a great size with large picture windows and sliding glass doors leading out to either the balcony or the first of the swimming pools. The en-suite bathroom is wonderful, with a free-standing Jacuzzi bath surrounded by large floor to ceiling windows.

The vast principal kitchen has been finished to a professional standard, with fully fitted modern units and every appliance you can think of, including an American-style fridge/freezer. There are two island units and masses of space with two dining areas. There's also a separate fully-fitted staff kitchen.

The decor is luxurious and largely modern in design, but also with a nod to the more traditional; for example the vaulted stone ceiling in one of the dining areas. Adjacent to here are the two living rooms, both with sofas, fireplaces and satellite TVs. There are also two further bedrooms, more basic than the rest of the villa, so perhaps ideal if you're travelling with staff. They are available separately – please contact Oliver's Travels directly about these.

Outside there are two swimming pools, one with a feature waterfall, a Jacuzzi hot tub, and terraces on various levels, all with seating. The terraces will cater for everyone in your party, some are covered (one has a billiard table), some left open – ideal if there are sun worshippers or shade seekers amongst you. There's an outdoor kitchen with a grill, so enjoy heading to the nearby local market for fresh ingredients to cook her, glass in hand, enjoying your sensational surroundings.

#### Location
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
