- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Villa Vittoria is an exceptional holiday home for a family in an outstanding panoramic position overlooking the bay of Palermo, framed by mountains. Set on a mountainside, Villa Vittoria has three levels of living space, a terraced garden with pool area and stunning views from almost every angle. Furnished in contemporary neutral shades which complement the tones of the rocks and surrounding lush Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is all about easy living and relaxing.

The Emma Villas' Concierge Team can be reached for any emergencies, or further information you may require during your stay. All useful telephone numbers will be sent together with your booking documents.

Interior:
The clutter-free, unfussy, comfortable, modern style continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Downstairs from the main living space is a shower room, double bedroom and twin bedroom with sliding doors opening onto the pool area. On the upper floor are a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. First Floor: Double bedroom with air-conditioning, twin bedroom with air-conditioning, shared bathroom with shower and bathtub Middle level: Open plan sitting room and living area with sofa, kitchen, dining area and doors out to a dining terrace, guest bathroom and laundry room Pool level: Double bedroom with air-conditioning, a bathroom with shower room, twin bedroom with air-conditioning.

Park:
Set on a mountainside, Villa Vittoria has stunning views from almost every angle. Outside comes with a large terrace. A 12-meter pool for proper lengths and an outdoor shower for a refreshing cool down before a barbecue will add to the enjoyment of your holiday home.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool (12 m. by 6 m. deep from 1.30 to 2.20) with sun loungers sets the scene for relaxing in the Sicilian sun. The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 31st October.

Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

In case of non-disposal of urban waste, the payment of Euro 50.00 per week will be required at check-out.
