Villa Ye?iltepe is located in the Alsancak (YE??LTEPE Area) village in the Kyrenia district of Cyprus. You can drive to the city centre in 10 minutes or walk to the public beach and market or you can drive to the private beach Escape in 5 minutes. Villa consists of two separate apartments. There is no passage between the apartments. The apartment on the top floor has 3 bedrooms (one has a double bed and there are two single beds in each one of the other two rooms), lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms (there is tub in one of the bathrooms and shower in the other) (there are air conditioners in each room). There is Wi-Fi available. There are 2 bedrooms (both have double beds), lounge, kitchen and 1 bathroom (shower) in the apartment on ground level. There are swimming pool, pergola and barbeque on the garden. As located outside but close to the city, the villa offers a peaceful and quiet vacation away from the stress of the city while offering you to go the city centre whenever you want. *Wi-Fi is only available on the top floor.* - While C/I to the villa; 600 TL deposit will be taken from the customer in cash and while C/O, after damage control, the deposit will be refund according to the situation of the villa. - Electricity is 45 kwa per day. If limit exceeds, the fee is; 1 TL / kwa will subcharged to the customer. - The cleaning of villa and changing linens&towels will be free of charge for 7 days and more days rental situation (Once a week)
