The villa is located in Pedara, a picturesque town in the Etna park, 15 km from Catania, 18km from the beach, 50km from Taormina. The characteristic of modernity, while respecting the colors and shades of the place, give a touch of elegance. The villa has a 500sqm garden where there is a swimming pool and a barbecue area. From many sides of the villa you can admire the landscape with the Ionian sea and Etna in the background. The interior extends over two levels.
