Description

This villa with large swimming pool is located in the beautiful nature reserve of the Montes de Málaga.
The house and its surroundings offer total privacy and therefore are so ideal for guests who want to feel free in a beautiful natural environment. The view is truly fantastic and you can enjoy miles away from the scenery with views up to the sea.

There are 4 bedrooms, (2 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds and wardrobes). The house has 2 bathrooms, (1 with shower, sink, toilet. 1 with bathtub, bidet, sink, toilet). There is a cozy living room with TV and wood burner and a dining area with open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob, double sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hood and all necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen is a small storage area.

Also there is free WIFI throughout the house, a washing machine, shutters on all windows and the use of bed, bath, and kitchen linen is included in the rental price.
Baby bed and high chair are free to use.

The beautiful pool is 7x3 m. Our guests can enjoy garden furniture and loungers, barbecue and there are 2 covered terraces. At the back of the garden there is also a cozy corner to take aperitive or dine.
The house has a garage and the whole garden is fenced. Pets are therefore safe here and can be admitted after consultation.

At this villa you need a car. At 5 km you’ll find the hamlet of Los Ventorros with restaurants /bars and a small shop. Another 3 km further is the beautiful and famous Andalusian white village COMARES, chosen 'Pueblo Magico de España 2019’. Here you find cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, bakery (bread baked in wood oven!), pharmacy, bank, ATM and every morning there is a doctor present. The largest Tirolina (zipline) of Spain with 3 vias ferratas is located just outside Comares.

The Montes de Malaga where villa Santo Pitar is located is a protected nature reserve that invites you to walk, cycle or just enjoy. There are about 150 forest trails and also some archaeological sites.
Malaga, Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) and the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales, are easy to visit in a day trip.
Nerja with its famous Balcon d'Europa and beautiful caves and the reservoir of Viñuela are only 1.5 hours away from the house.
In Velez-Málaga you will find a shopping centre and many supermarkets. The multi-award winning coast of Torre del Mar is about 40 km away.

Villa Santo Pitar is the ideal holiday home for people who love privacy. It is an oasis of peace, where people can’t watch you. The setting is a paradise and natural environment that offers total relaxation. Our house is therefore ideal for naturism and complete relaxation.
