Beautiful villa with private heated swimming pool, (heating available for an extra cost). 4 bedroom with beds for up to 10 persons. 2 bathrooms, living room, separate fully fitted kitchen. Outside the villa enjoys a lovely kidney shaped swimming pool which can be heated during the spring and the autumn for an extra cost. Please enquire for the details. The pool is surrounded by lovely terraces and colourful gardens. The property has wifi, lots of parking and a BBQ. The villa is just a few minutes walk from 2 excellent bars/restaurants and is a 30 minute walk (an absolutely stunning walk) or a 5 minute drive from the village of Comares which has bars restaurants, shops and banks.
The village of Comares, voted the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia 2018 is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.
