Particular attention has been paid to the ecology of the building. In the energy certificate, the building has received the highest ET grade A. The house has a water circulation underfloor heating. Heat energy is obtained from a collecting piping located in the lake where the circulating liquid accumulates heat. It is ecologically produced by a geothermal heat pump. The geothermal heat pump also produces hot water for cooking, washing and showering. The floor heating capacity is enough for all weather conditions.
