"L'Agricolo" is a villa of 180m² (on one level), completely immersed in the countryside of Upper Lazio which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature, far from any form of pollution. It is a fabulous compromise for all those who want to visit the beauties of Rome, the nearby medieval towns and the imposing remains of Etruscan culture in comfort (necropolis, museums, amphitheater, mithraeum).
Our country house is located in a completely fenced area, which measures approximately 7 hectares, of which 2.5 ha can be used by customers.
The property consists of 2 other villas (one facing L'Agricolo, and the other inhabited by the owners), a wooded area, an area for animals, a small pond, fruit trees, olive trees, meadows, fragrant rose bushes, a playground, and bowls.
We only rent 2 houses that can accommodate a total of 12 people. The 2 entrances face each other, therefore they are not terraced and are completely autonomous, so that each family has its privacy.
The 9x5m swimming pool (depth: min. 120 max. 180) is located 150m from the villa and is bordered by a paved area, surrounded by lawns with parasols and deck chairs. It has a chlorine purification system and a shower. The external lighting will allow you to enjoy it even in the evening. It is open from 1st June to 30th September.
The swimming pool, like the other common areas (playground, bowling alley) is shared with the customers of the other villa. Everyday there is a gardener who takes care of the garden, animals and maintenance of the swimming pool.
At the end of the day, when the temperatures have dropped, we recommend a short walk to visit our animals that are on the other end of the property.
In the paddocks you will find dogs, Vietnamese pigs, sheep, rabbits and other farm animals: a delight for young and old!
You will be near:
-Sutri at 7 km, with its splendid archaeological sites, restaurants, shops, delicatessens and supermarket.
- National Golf at 1.5 km, with its technical domain among the most beautiful in Italy;
-the pleasant town of Capranica at 10 km (trains to Rome)
- Caprarola with its magnificent Farnese palace at 15km.
- Fiumicino Airport 50 km away.
- Via Cassia is 3 km away. and will quickly take you to Rome (50 km)
- The splendid Viterbo, with its medieval quarter and the superb Villa dei Papi at 28 km.
- Bracciano, on the homonymous lake, with its imposing castle, etc ...
-A bus service to Rome is also available.
