This is a luxurious Balinese style villa of 150m2 on 653 m2 of private land with large open areas which can be closed off. All furniture and fittings are of the highest standard and as a guest you will want for nothing.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms both with ensuites, ceiling fans plus air conditioning, Cable TV, Flat screen TV, Phone, free Wi Fi, all linen plus pool towels. Security is in place 24/7.

The pool is simply magnificent as can be seen by the photos below. Absolutely ideal for couples or families. Villa Livo can accommodate up to 5 persons. Prices start from Au $200 per night.

“Perfect Sanur Villa Experience”

Just returned from a ten day stay in Villa Livo. This was an amazing and romantic villa to stay in. The pool was private and enormous and the garden lovely. The rooms were very large and very nicely appointed. Huge bath in the inside bathroom - very decadent! The aircon was brilliant - so comfortable to have it in all the rooms.
Breakfast was cooked for us every morning and I think fairies may have been doing the servicing of the villa as we only saw staff doing it once - even though it clearly was being done every day as the villa was kept immaculate - that's how discrete and respectful of people's privacy they are.
The location was brilliant. Five minute walk onto the Main Street. Yet it's so quiet at the villa you would have no idea. The beach is another ten minutes after that. Hardys - the main and very large store in Sanur would be about 10-15 minutes walk from the villa - easy.
Drivers can easily be arranged by the office for very interesting day trips - we saw The Sacred Monkey Forrest, Uluwatu, Ubud Art Market and some side stops that I had investigated myself - no problem for them at all. They are very obliging.
The staff at Villa Livo are lovely. Genuine, nice people who are incredibly obliging. I loved the way birds nest ferns were attached to the trunks of the frangipani trees at the villa and expressed this to a gardener who immediately showed and explained to me exactly how it was done as I'd told him I wanted to do the same at home. This was great.
Another lady who worked at the villa and I had a very interesting series of discussions on growing and propagating plants. I tell you this to illustrate how these people despite being so discrete, are 'real' people not just automatons with no personality. The smiles here are genuine and there's such a lot of them.
This is the second time we've stayed and I absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to stay in Sanur

“In Love With This Villa”

I am totally in love with Villa Livo. We happened across this after our accommodation in another part of Sanur was not as advertised and we had to move. They say everything happens for a reason and our first negative 24 hours in Bali led us to this gem of a place. From the get go the staff were friendly, obliging and provided us with everything we needed. The Villa - all I can say is WOW - I have never seen one so beautiful. It is private, has a massive pool, beautiful living and sleeping areas, outdoor bathroom & indoor bathroom, air conditioning, good wifi and its really clean. We have our daily selection of breakfasts cooked in our villa and its so easy to get into the centre of Sanur from here - a short 10 min walk or cab, or push bike which they hired for me to use. I cannot fault this property and will start saving as soon as we get home to return. Thanks Villa Livo, you gave us a holiday to remember.

We stayed in Villa Livo from 11 to 19 May 2017.
The service at the villa was excellent, the staff were excellent, very helpful and polite.
The villa was excellent,
some days we never even left the villa
The complex is a little off the beaten track, but in 10 minutes walk or 5 minute ($3 AUD) taxi ride you are in the centre of Sanur.
I cannot find anything negative to say about Villa Livo.

“A relaxing, private holiday villa”

After a couple of apprehensive minutes negotiating the entry roads, we were happily surprised on arrival at Villa Livo.
Greeted by friendly staff and helped with our luggage to a spectacular private Villa .
Took our breath away......
Very large personal pool, two amazing bedrooms and a large beautifully furnished living, dining and kitchen.
I would highly recommend anyone wanting a relaxed quiet hideaway.







“Third time and still lucky!”

This was our third stay - we have previously stayed in the Tranquillity Villa but decided on a change this year with Villa Livo. It didn't disappoint - the pool was bigger than some hotel pools and it was all ours! The layout worked well for our family - 2 adults and 1 teenager - as the bedrooms were separate from the living area so staying up to watch a movie didn't disturb anyone wanting an early night.
As always the place was beautifully clean and well maintained, all of the staff were fantastic and our daily breakfast always cooked to perfection with a good range of choices.
The mosquitos were quite bad this year but there were mozzie coils, fly spray and repellant in the kitchen cupboard and the beds have mosquito nets which were pulled down each evening during turndown.
Staff arranged the hire of bicycles for us and had them delivered to our villa - a great way to get around Sanur as the traffic is not too hectic and the 6km paved boardwalk along the beach was great to cycle along. He also made a couple of restaurant bookings for us and even telephoned to confirm one of them on the morning of as we made it a couple of days in advance.
We also had dinner cooked in our Villa one evening when friends came to visit. We chose the Indonesian Banquet which was amazing and so much food there were plenty of leftovers!

“Outstanding Villa”

We spent 4 nights in Villa Livo. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool is massive and very refreshing. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms is completely inside however only has a retractable shower over a rather deep bath. The other bathroom is completely outside with no bath but 2 showers. The staff come to your villa to freshly cook your pre-chosen breakfast and clean up after also. We found all staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.


"A tranquil corner in an oasis of peace”

We recently spent 4 nights in Villa Livo and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious, pretty and very comfortable. The pool is fabulous - cool and refreshing in the Balinese heat. the delightful staff cooked our delicious breakfast each morning and tidied up with great charm and unobtrusiveness. Use of the mosquito net at night is strongly recommended! Villa Livo is situated very close to the main shopping/eating area of Sanur which can be reached by either of two pretty, leafy and meandering streets. Each morning we walked along the beachfront on a well kept boardwalk and finished off with a good coffee at a local café before returning home for our homey breakfast. We wish could have stayed longer...
