Description

Explore the quieter side of Croatian living whilst surrounded by a wealth of gorgeous nature.

Plavac Mali Estate is perfectly placed amongst a quiet hillside location with a few other houses dotted around. This affords all guests with the luxury of quiet and peace, away from the bustle of the main city areas. The hillside surrounds the home with absolutely stunning views of both the rolling greenery below and the striking blue of the horizon over the Adriatic.

This home can comfortably sleep up to fourteen guests making this a top choice for large families, friendship groups or even business getaways. There are seven bedrooms here and the home has two separate entrances along with three separate kitchens and living rooms which allows for larger groups to have a bit more space without all crowding into one area, of course, the home can be used as one in its entirety. The bedrooms are comprised of king sized beds to provide the maximum comfort to all guests. There are also seven bathrooms, all finished to a very high level and spread throughout the home.

The garden here is perhaps the focal point of the entire home as it is the best place for the whole group to come together and socialise. There is an al fresco dining area complete with barbecue which is just a gentle push for guests to try their hands at traditional Croatian cooking. Beyond this, there is a separate pool area which also has several sun loungers so great for those looking to splash as well as those looking to simply sun. There are several more outdoor terraces attached to the home offering guests quick access to the hot summer sun. The swimming pool also has a built in Jacuzzi, an extra touch of luxury which is best enjoyed under the setting sun with a glass of local wine.

Just a short way from the home, plenty of exciting activities await including the main centre and of course, the beach!
