St Anton is especially loved by intermediate and advanced skiers, as it features plenty of exciting black runs and off-piste terrain. But beginners will also find themselves well-catered for here, with gentle nursery slopes for learning and improving their skills.
It's not just skiing and snowboarding that general outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy in St Anton. The resort also offers tobogganing, winter walks, horse-drawn sleigh rides, natural ice rink skating and paragliding. The Arlberg WellCom and arl.rock sports and leisure centres provide much to do indoors, including tennis, swimming, bowling and wall climbing.

#### Location
Just a few minutes' walk from Chalet Weiher is the piste and gondola with direct access to the vast ski area of St Anton. The bus stop where you can catch the free ski bus service that serves the resort is also easy to reach.
A short drive will bring you to the village centre, or you can walk there in around 20 minutes. The village is part-pedestrianised, so it feels safe and convenient to stroll around and browse the shops. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in which to soak up the friendly atmosphere, with several lively and well-known apres ski spots situated closer to the slopes.
Whether you're a novice or an expert, there's something for every skier or snowboarder in St Anton. Beginners will find the green and blue slopes best for learning and improving their skills while black runs and off-piste sections will challenge more intermediate and advanced skiers. The Gampen and Kapall mountains boast relatively gentle beginner slopes at their bases.
The beautiful snow at St Anton is also great for horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter walks and tobogganing. Other activities on offer at the resort include natural ice rink skating and paragliding.
Indoor sports and leisure centres also provide much to do. Both around a 20-minute walk from Chalet Weiher, the Arlberg WellCom centre and arl.rock are great for the whole family. At the Arlberg WellCom centre enjoy facilities such as an indoor pool, outdoor pool, steam rooms, fitness and yoga classes and saunas. At arl.rock there are indoor tennis courts, a bowling alley and climbing walls to pass a few fun hours.
