The large farmhouse of Spinarello was famous as far back as the tenth century as an important post-house for changing coaches and horses along the Via Francigena and the architecture of the house shows its origin. Between the house and the swimming pool an annexe with a room with large oven for pizzas and barbecues.

Upon arrival, customers must deliver a security deposit of € 1,000.00 extra price per wedding € 2.000 (utilities and cleaning) which will be returned to them at the end of the stay less the cost of any damage incurred.
