From the Balcony on a windy day, the sea is swamped with colourful kites roaming the horizon. This is a popular Kite Surfing place where international competitions are also held at least once a year. Car rentals are within reach as well as Uber, local meter taxis and/or public transport at humane rates per travel. Cape Town has excellent meat and seafood restaurants as well as a whole lot of your usual takeaway joints. There are golf-courses all around and the nearest one being about a 15 minute drive away. There is a driving range nearby as well. From here you can buy a boat trip to visit the iconic Mandela´s Roben Island or just to go on a cruising adventure for an hour or so. Canal Walk is the shopping mall one can´t miss visiting at least once.
