On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a large and bright living room with double sofa bed, overlooking the private garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue equipment. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower cabin. On the attic floor there is another bedroom with double bed and extra folding bed, a second bathroom with shower and window. A second extra folding bed is available for an eighth person. Facilities included: large fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning system with heat pump, fireplace grill, microwave oven, American coffee machine.
The villa is immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the pine forest, a few metres from the beach, near the bathing establishments n°2 and n°3 of Lignano Riviera. In the immediate vicinity you can find a supermarket, ice-cream parlours, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents and tobacconists. With a short walk you can reach also the elegant centre of Lignano Pineta, with its modern pedestrian street, along which you can enjoy your walk among prestigious fashion boutiques, renowned clothing shops, shoe shops, perfumeries, jewellery shops, amusement arcades and shops of all kinds. There is no shortage of evening entertainment venues such as pubs, beer gardens and discos. In the famous Marcello d'Olivo square, overlooking the sea, numerous free concerts are held throughout the bathing season to entertain adults and children.
