On the FIRST FLOOR there are a large living room with air conditioning, with glass wall with beautiful views of Bolsena Lake, the garden and the pool, large terrace with a panoramic roof, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a double room with private bathroom with shower. In the basement there are a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with no window that is illuminated by a shaft. This part of the house has a separate entrance.
