Branklyn Cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage resting within the National Trust's Branklyn Gardens in Perth, Scotland. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. There is also a communal utility room, access to the Branklyn Gardens and off-road parking. Branklyn Cottage makes a fabulous location for a scenic break in Perth.

Electric inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking near the property. Access to Branklyn Garden, 2 acres. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times within the garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Within the communal utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer available to guests. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture, you may like to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws. Note: Most garages in Perth sell logs, coal and kindling.
