Branklyn Cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage resting within the National Trust's Branklyn Gardens in Perth, Scotland. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. There is also a communal utility room, access to the Branklyn Gardens and off-road parking. Branklyn Cottage makes a fabulous location for a scenic break in Perth.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV, DVD player and WiFi. Stove is set for first use with one log with matches. Electric inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking near the property. Access to Branklyn Garden, 2 acres. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times within the garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Within the communal utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer available to guests. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture, you may like to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws. Note: Most garages in Perth sell logs, coal and kindling.
