This lovely detached property is located on the outskirts of the seaside village of Aberdaron and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.

Trem Nant is an excellent, family holiday home situated in the peaceful village of Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one with en-suite facilities, one twin and a single. There is also a first-floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Completing the interior is the kitchen and the sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a large hot tub, BBQ and external games room with table tennis/pool. There is also ample off road parking. Trem Nant is a well equipped holiday home in a lovely seaside location.

Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of books and games, WiFi. External games room with pool table and table tennis. Highchair and travel cot available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio garden with hot tub and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop, pub and beach 0.3 miles. Note: As the hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each stay, it will take time to get back to temperature and may not be available on the first night.
