Come and let the peace and tranquility of this beautiful custom chalet situated on 14 acres bring you back to balance.

Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out the three-story floor to ceiling windows as you take in the clouds peacefully rolling over the expansive views of the Cold Hollow Mountains. Every step of your morning routine you're greeted by warm radiant heated floors that never leave your toes chilly.

The chalet features two distinct living areas - in the great room a collection of American-crafted leather furniture surrounds a Jøtul gas fireplace under a 24-foot cathedral ceiling; while in the cozy loft a large table and adjacent seating for six are perfect for board games and puzzles (some provided).

Bathrooms are stunningly crafted with Carrera white and Vermont green marble, chestnut vanities, and Moën hardware. Enjoy the spacious two-person whirlpool tub in the master suite as well as rainforest showerhead and steam generator.

The gourmet open kitchen with red oak cabinetry features a 4-person breakfast bar with Carrera white backsplashes and Italian green marble countertops. All new high-efficiency stainless steel appliances, high quality cookware and utensils, and a pantry stocked with cooking and baking essentials are also provided.

Walk-in cedar closets with built-in cabinets are throughout, including the laundry closet which includes complimentary detergent pods. Photography throughout is by Christopher Diegel of Jeffersonville, Vermont.

For those of you staying during the winter months especially, you'll be happy to know there is an instant-on whole house natural gas standby generator to ensure your safety and comfort during storms. For additional peace of mind, all glass windows and doors are rated to withstand hurricane-force winds.

There is an attached two-car garage with electric door openers (no remotes provided). Additionally, there is a large asphalt driveway which can comfortably accommodate another two vehicles without blocking access to the garage.

Designed and built by Lindal Cedar Homes of Seattle, Washington, this post and beam chalet is a recognized Energy Star labeled home. Framed and clad in western red cedar, three stories of south-facing glass capture the heat of the low winter sun, while in summer the glass is shaded from the high summer sun by a large overhang. In keeping with a commitment to the preservation of our natural resources and surrounding natural beauty, the house has been thoroughly updated with solid red oak floors, fir paneled doors and trim, high-efficiency kitchen and plumbing appliances, radiant heat furnace, and a 16kW instant-on whole house natural gas standby generator.
